Support facilities manager with daily operations and maintenance at a client site. Troubleshoot building services failures, respond to service calls, supervise and coordinate on-site contractors, implement preventive maintenance, source and manage repair vendors, and prepare monthly and incident reports.

Support the Facilities Manager in daily operations of a building or campus: oversee maintenance, janitorial, life-safety, vendor contracts, inspections, compliance logs, tenant relations, budgeting, financial reporting, CMMS use, and capital planning. Ensure safety, contract compliance, and timely resolution of facility issues while preparing required documentation and performance reports.

Supervise and manage soft services including landscape and horticulture maintenance, nursery and seasonal planting, housekeeping, garbage management, and township road sweeping to maintain grounds and displays.
