Support mobilisation, transition (in/out) and transformation projects for facilities management. Assist with RFP responses, prepare transition plans, identify risks and mitigations, support delivery and stakeholder management, and produce high-quality project documentation to achieve smooth service implementation and stabilization.

Develop and implement site health and safety plans, enforce policies, conduct training, inspect equipment and operations, investigate incidents, produce safety reports, and recommend improvements to minimize workplace risk and ensure legal compliance.

Lead and manage the chiller systems maintenance team to perform troubleshooting, repairs, annual shutdowns, contractor sourcing, customer quoting, and technical advice to increase team revenue and meet targets.
