Manages timelines, budgets, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Provides technical guidance, trains onsite staff, mentors junior employees, supports clients, and prepares technical reports and presentations.

Manage finance operations for a business-unit account, including accounting process compliance, inventory-to-Workday reconciliations, month-end close, GL postings, transaction records, P&L variance analysis, quotations, SOPs, and internal controls. Partner with warehouse, operations, administration, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies. Drive automation, standardization, reporting improvements, and change adoption across Operations Finance.

Leads FP&A across APAC and EMEA services operations, owning annual planning, rolling forecasts, financial reporting, modeling, profitability analysis, and month-end processes. Partners with regional and global leaders on pricing, resource allocation, client transitions, investment decisions, and performance improvement. Develops dashboards and KPI reporting, presents recommendations to executives, and drives standardization across regional finance operations.
