Manages day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance, including emergency response, work proposals, cost estimates, corrective maintenance, construction and M&E projects, subcontractor supervision, inspections, documentation, inventory, service schedules, completion certificates, and monthly claims. Coordinates with users, contractors, service partners, inspection teams, and regulatory stakeholders while supporting safety and quality programs.

Prepares cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for M&E and building services projects. Monitors expenditures, forecasts, cash flow, variances, and cost-to-completion. Reviews supplier and subcontractor quotations, supports procurement and contract administration, and assists with variations, claims, and valuations. Collaborates with sales, engineering, project management, and site teams on value engineering, cost optimization, market benchmarking, and project financial reporting.

Manage end-to-end tenant improvement and infrastructure projects from design coordination through construction, handover, and closeout. Control budgets, schedules, risks, quality, and documentation while coordinating clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Prepare monthly progress reports covering safety, environmental matters, finances, and milestones.
