Administer and own the FAMIS 360 CMMS: configure properties, manage user security and data loads, support users, monitor system requests, coordinate with IT and account teams, maintain modules and training.

Manage site-level client relationships for schools, act as primary client contact for onboarding and communications, identify and resolve issues, support environmental and sustainability programs, organise engagement sessions and events (FM, safety, sustainability), and assist QA/QC teams with routine checks and inspections.

Support finance operations by maintaining accounting processes, internal controls, SOPs and compliance with local FRS and US GAAP. Prepare monthly management P&L reports, assist budgeting and rolling forecasts, resolve billing/collections, liaise with suppliers, support Corporate Finance, and lead ad-hoc finance projects to drive business performance.
