Provide compliance oversight for Singapore corporate, funds and capital markets businesses: act as DMLRO, advise on client acceptance, perform monitoring and investigations, support licensed entity regulatory obligations (MAS & ACRA), deliver training, liaise with audit, prepare compliance reporting, and participate in compliance projects.

Manage financial accounting and reporting for assigned fund clients, oversee onboarding, review NAVs and financial statements, liaise with auditors and advisors, improve processes, supervise and coach fund accounting team, and support client service and billing.

Lead execution and documentation review for complex cross-border capital markets transactions. Negotiate terms, assess operational feasibility, coordinate onboarding and closing deliverables, manage stakeholder communications, oversee loan drawdowns, mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory and internal control compliance, and drive process improvements.
