Leads APAC client payroll operations across five to six countries, overseeing local payroll leaders and the Singapore team. The role drives operational consistency, governance, performance management, client satisfaction, compliance, process improvement, talent development, and transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include resolving escalations, standardizing practices, monitoring financial and operational metrics, coordinating business reviews, integrating payroll services, and partnering with global stakeholders on systems and regional implementation.

Lead execution and documentation review for complex cross-border capital markets transactions. Negotiate terms, assess operational feasibility, coordinate onboarding and closing deliverables, manage stakeholder communications, oversee loan drawdowns, mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory and internal control compliance, and drive process improvements.

Manage corporate secretarial and compliance matters for Singapore entities and foreign branches. Prepare incorporation documents, board resolutions, corporate action paperwork, annual returns, financial statement filings, and regulatory updates with ACRA. Liaise with auditors, support client onboarding and due diligence, monitor compliance reviews, handle relocation matters, assist with process improvements, manage outstanding invoices, and coordinate between clients and compliance teams.
