Support corporate secretarial team administering Singapore and offshore entities: prepare incorporation and corporate governance documents, file annual returns, lodge registrar changes, liaise with auditors, assist process improvements, handle administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.

Provide compliance oversight for Singapore corporate, funds and capital markets businesses: act as DMLRO, advise on client acceptance, perform monitoring and investigations, support licensed entity regulatory obligations (MAS & ACRA), deliver training, liaise with audit, prepare compliance reporting, and participate in compliance projects.

Manage financial accounting and reporting for assigned fund clients, oversee onboarding, review NAVs and financial statements, liaise with auditors and advisors, improve processes, supervise and coach fund accounting team, and support client service and billing.
