Provide full-scope corporate secretarial support for Singapore entities and branches: prepare filings and board documents, manage ACRA filings, assist audits, onboard clients, perform due diligence, improve processes, handle staff relocation and debtor follow-ups, liaise with Compliance, and perform ad-hoc administrative duties.

Manage corporate secretarial and compliance matters for Singapore entities and foreign branches. Prepare incorporation documents, board resolutions, corporate action paperwork, annual returns, financial statement filings, and regulatory updates with ACRA. Liaise with auditors, support client onboarding and due diligence, monitor compliance reviews, handle relocation matters, assist with process improvements, manage outstanding invoices, and coordinate between clients and compliance teams.

Lead regional onboarding and evolve into end-to-end client lifecycle management across APAC. Manage distributed team, ensure AML/KYC/CDD and sanctions compliance, drive process standardization, operational transformation, KPI-driven performance, stakeholder alignment, and governance readiness while supporting automation and tooling improvements.
