Lead regional RF and EMC service strategy and development, provide technical customer support, supervise engineering and lab operations, drive process improvements, and manage hiring, training, and safety compliance to meet business targets.

Independently manage RF certification projects: evaluate products against national/international standards, review test data, authorize CSA marking, perform/witness lab and field testing, support clients on failures, prepare test documentation and quotations, and maintain project budgets and schedules while ensuring compliance and technical consistency.

Manage and perform EMC certification projects: evaluate products to national/international standards, review test data, witness testing, authorize CSA mark, prepare reports, liaise with clients, and support lab testing and continuous improvement.
