Oversee localized content, creator and influencer programs, agency relationships, platform partnerships, social listening and analytics, community governance, and campaign performance measurement. Serve as regional partner to marketing, content, PR, and CX teams to deliver integrated social-first campaigns and fandom programs.

Lead regional communications strategy across Asia for anime launches, theatrical releases, partnerships and brand campaigns. Provide executive counsel, manage crisis response, oversee agencies, localize campaigns, build media and fan relationships, set KPIs, and drive integrated PR programs supporting regional growth.

Lead APAC lifecycle and CRM marketing: design localized acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns; own regional Braze execution; collaborate with regional and global teams; measure performance and optimize via data-driven insights; drive fan-first, localized go-to-market activations.
