Lead and coach a Singapore-based Enterprise SDR team to build outbound pipeline across Southeast and North Asia. Drive territory strategy, prospecting discipline, cross-functional alignment with Sales and Marketing, use Salesforce and BI to optimize performance, hire and develop SDR talent, and ensure pipeline quality and accountability.

Lead and oversee Regional Sales Managers to drive sales strategy, forecasts, quotas and key enterprise deals across Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines. Coach and develop sales personnel, create budgets, communicate corporate strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify and qualify major opportunities, and keep senior leadership informed. Role is remote in Singapore and requires travel up to 50%.

Provide pre-sales technical support and run evaluations/POVs across Southeast and North Asia, create post-POV security assessment reports, train and support partners, liaise with HQ engineering, help convert POVs to revenue, monitor competitors, and meet quarterly revenue targets.
