Deploys, configures, optimizes, and supports CrowdStrike Falcon’s AI-powered detection and response capabilities. The role develops automation playbooks and API integrations, tunes machine-learning detection models, troubleshoots customer issues, supports threat hunting and forensic analysis, integrates security workflows, and leads AI workshops. It also requires customer engagement, technical presentations, project prioritization, cross-functional leadership, and mentoring while applying cybersecurity, AI/ML, and platform deployment expertise.

Deliver customer-facing threat emulation, exposure management, red teaming, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and technical risk consulting services. Use SafeMind, Falcon, and AI-enabled capabilities to evaluate exposures, develop mitigation strategies, and present findings to technical and executive audiences. Improve service-delivery capabilities through documentation and recommendations, coordinate with customers, and mentor junior team members.

Lead reactive and proactive incident response engagements across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Perform advanced host and network forensics across Windows, macOS, and Linux, advise customers during security incidents, develop remediation plans, and communicate findings to technical and executive audiences. Mentor junior team members and contribute thought leadership through presentations, blogs, and public speaking. Apply threat intelligence, adversary attribution, and AI technologies to improve incident response workflows.
