Lead reactive and proactive incident response engagements across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Perform advanced host and network forensics across Windows, macOS, and Linux, advise customers during security incidents, develop remediation plans, and communicate findings to technical and executive audiences. Mentor junior team members and contribute thought leadership through presentations, blogs, and public speaking. Apply threat intelligence, adversary attribution, and AI technologies to improve incident response workflows.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leaders across the SENA region, supporting workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, employee relations, engagement, performance, compensation, succession planning, and change management. Lead HR compliance, employment frameworks, and infrastructure for new market expansion, partnering with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Talent Acquisition. Analyze HR metrics and use AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows.

Serve as the technical advocate for CrowdStrike partners, designing scalable multi-tenant managed security offerings and supporting partner recruitment, enablement, demonstrations, integrations, troubleshooting, and technical delivery. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Channel teams to resolve issues, improve partner workflows, and develop self-service solutions. Create training plans for security teams and represent the company at partner and industry events. Travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
