Lead and oversee Regional Sales Managers to drive sales strategy, forecasts, quotas and key enterprise deals across Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines. Coach and develop sales personnel, create budgets, communicate corporate strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify and qualify major opportunities, and keep senior leadership informed. Role is remote in Singapore and requires travel up to 50%.
