Drive architecture modernization (MVVM/MVI, Clean Architecture), accelerate Jetpack Compose adoption, optimize performance and stability, build client-side monitoring, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data-driven product outcomes.

Design and implement a durable, highly available (5-6 nines) distributed workflow execution platform. Lead architecture, integrate AI/ML for automation, solve distributed locking/timers/determinism, ensure observability, and collaborate with product teams to support large-scale, long-running workflows.

The Staff Front-end Engineer will develop user-facing features for Coupang Play's web platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize for performance, and write reusable code.
