Supports Singapore-based senior and C-level executives through complex international calendar management, meeting coordination, team events, budget and headcount planning, travel and expense support, process improvement, strategic projects, and executive assistant mentoring. The role requires autonomous prioritization, cross-functional communication, discretion, and advanced administrative expertise in a fast-paced global organization.

Own pricing and retail analytics initiatives, including decision systems, reports, metrics, statistical analysis, and business insights. Lead end-to-end projects, translate complex data for stakeholders, influence product and strategy decisions, and collaborate with Pricing, Retail Commerce, 3P Commerce, Promotions, developers, and analysts. Ensure data quality, improve reporting systems, solve ambiguous problems, and provide strategic guidance in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Lead design and delivery of a greenfield, durable distributed workflow/execution platform. Ensure extreme availability (5-6 nines), integrate AI-driven automation, solve distributed locking/timers/deterministic execution challenges, build observability, and manage a team of up to 10 engineers while partnering with product and stakeholders.
