Coordinate Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality. Monitor schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables. Prepare reports and management updates. Develop project management processes, SOPs, KPI dashboards, and documentation. Organize meetings, maintain records, follow up on actions, and recommend risk mitigation to ensure successful project outcomes.
