Develops and prices tailored FX hedging and derivative solutions for corporate and SME clients. The role manages client hedging portfolios, executes trades, presents treasury policies, leads discovery meetings, represents the company at industry events, and drives revenue through strategic hedging opportunities. Candidates need hands-on FX hedging experience, knowledge of option structures and risk management, strong analytical and communication skills, sales experience, and proficiency with financial-market tools.

Own and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B clients, driving revenue and retention through proactive outreach, tailored FX and cross-border payments solutions, platform enablement, and disciplined commercial execution. Support business development and expand client value while managing quota and relationships.

Drive B2B sales across APAC for Convera's payments, FX, and hedging solutions. Build and manage pipeline, generate leads via cold outreach and events, manage sales cycle through onboarding, meet revenue KPIs, maintain SFDC records, and collaborate with internal support functions and account teams.
