What It's Like to Work at Comcast
Comcast Employee Perspectives
When I returned from parental leave, I was promoted. That promotion reassured me that my contributions were seen and valued, reinforcing my confidence and commitment to my work. It also reflected a broader culture of trust and support at Comcast Advertising — one where working parents are not sidelined but encouraged to thrive.
With technology, we’re able to do things today no one dreamed about years ago. But nothing can be accomplished unless you have the right people to do it.
We all have our swim lanes and the jobs that we are ultimately responsible for, and we are all experts in our own right. But this was an initiative where everyone stepped up to complete tasks outside of their day-to-day responsibilities. That’s the culture we have here — if something needs to be done, we’ll figure it out and find success together.

I appreciate how supportive, respectful and inclusive our teammates are. This is a place where everyone’s contributions feel valued, respected and celebrated.

I feel empowered to not just solve the day-to-day problems but also navigate my career for the long-term.
If you’re looking for a place to work where the people around you genuinely care about you, this is the place for you.
