Leads an eight-person User Operations team, manages escalated client issues, investigates root causes, oversees complaints and incidents, and improves support efficiency through AI-enabled tools. Owns user operations policies, procedures, risk controls, KRIs, and incident reporting while ensuring alignment with MAS requirements. Partners with business, marketing, and IT teams on initiatives, customer communications, and notifications. Requires strong knowledge of fintech, cryptocurrency, brokerage, banking, AML/CFT, and customer support operations.

Leads corporate strategy, planning, market expansion, strategic partnerships, investments, joint ventures, and investor relations. Responsibilities include financial modeling and valuation, M&A deal execution, due diligence, transaction documentation, board and investor materials, fundraising support, and coordination with senior stakeholders across functions. The role also drives digital asset and tokenized capital markets initiatives, overseas expansion, and commercial partnerships.

Manage market risks across spot and derivatives products, assess pricing, volatility, liquidity, and counterparty exposures, and develop risk frameworks, limits, monitoring processes, stress tests, and scenario analyses. Partner with Trading, Product, and Engineering to implement risk controls and provide actionable insights to senior management. The role may expand into enterprise risk management, governance, and broader risk leadership.
