Lead product engineering strategy and execution for a crypto exchange: build and mentor engineering teams, oversee architecture and low-latency trading systems, ensure scalability, security, compliance (AML/KYC), and deliver high-quality features through robust DevOps and CI/CD practices.

The Senior Engineer will design and maintain scalable payment and wallet services, manage digital asset custody, and collaborate with teams for system integration.

Design, build, and maintain backend services and internal trading tools. Integrate with exchanges, liquidity providers, and internal systems (REST, WebSocket, FIX). Improve reliability, scalability, latency, and observability; automate manual trading operations; participate in development lifecycle, code review, testing, and debugging to support the Trading Desk.
