The role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales goals in the semiconductor industry.

Support validation and audit activities, assist daily QA operations, maintain the QMS, investigate customer complaints, and help qualify and improve suppliers while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs.

Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, prepare import/export documentation, liaise with carriers and customs agents, manage local transport and dispatch, maintain shipping records and PODs, produce logistics reports, resolve delivery discrepancies, and support internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
