Teams at Cohere AI

Lead end-to-end deployments of Cohere North in private cloud and on-prem environments. Partner with enterprise IT to assess infrastructure, security, and data practices. Design and implement tailored deployment strategies, administer production Kubernetes clusters (Helm), support CI/CD and Git workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security. Customer-facing role with frequent experimentation and up to ~20–40% travel.

Build and lead Cohere's APAC PR and corporate communications function: develop regional strategies, hire and manage teams and agencies, align messaging with global comms, drive executive thought leadership and events, prepare crisis response, integrate AI into content workflows, and use audience insights to amplify reputation across governments, enterprises, partners, and employees.

As an Applied AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy AI agents integrating large language models with enterprise workflows, ensuring reliability and performance. Close collaboration with customers is essential for turning complex business problems into scalable solutions.
