Coordinate international recruiting across APAC, Japan, and MENA by scheduling interviews, supporting candidates, maintaining ATS data, collecting feedback, and coordinating offers. Support international onboarding, offboarding, employee data, compliance tracking, and global people policies. Help standardize recruiting and HR workflows, report on hiring metrics, identify process gaps, and contribute to scalable people initiatives across regions.

As an Account Director, you will drive revenue growth by sourcing, closing, and activating enterprise customers while providing product feedback to the engineering team. You will work closely with C-suite executives and manage the entire sales cycle through to activation.

Provide deep technical support for customers using AI developer products by reproducing, diagnosing, and resolving environment-specific issues across codebases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, containers, APIs, and developer tooling. Perform root-cause analysis, communicate findings, escalate with full context, create playbooks and automations, and support release testing to improve reliability and adoption.
