Leads finance and key operational functions across Asia Growth Markets, partnering with senior leaders on strategy, forecasting, budgeting, governance, reporting and commercial decisions. Oversees financial controls, working capital, inventory, customer service, logistics, demand planning and order-to-cash improvements. Develops customer service strategy, manages the Singapore office, serves as second-in-command when needed, and builds high-performing teams and financial capability across the region.
