Conduct primary equity research on financial companies across ASEAN markets, especially Singapore. Analyze market, economic, financial, and company trends; build valuation models; publish research reports; and communicate investment recommendations to institutional investors. Maintain relationships with clients, corporate entities, sales and trading teams, and internal stakeholders while responding to research requests and supporting investment initiatives.

Provides regional HR support across Singapore and Southeast Asia, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, relocations, terminations, employee documentation, training coordination, compensation communications, reporting, and policy guidance. Maintains accurate and confidential employee records while supporting HR Business Partners and delivering timely, high-quality client service. Coordinates HR processes, audits, approvals, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead coverage of Vietnamese-listed companies, publish actionable equity research, build financial models and valuations, identify investment opportunities, and present recommendations to institutional investors. Track company, industry, policy, earnings, and macro developments while developing relationships with management teams, clients, and sales and trading partners. Contribute to thematic research, corporate access, investor events, and marketing activities.
