Lead design and deployment of ServiceNow-driven process solutions, translate business requirements into user stories, influence clients on functional capabilities, document processes and gap analyses, collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams, and advise on ServiceNow best practices to ensure solutions meet customer outcomes.
