Own regional data center vendor strategy and end-to-end colocation deals, including planning, RFPs, commercial negotiations, execution, vendor relationship management, QBRs, budgeting, spend review, and invoice approval. The role coordinates with legal, operations, capacity planning, network strategy, and security teams across multiple geographies to expand and optimize Cloudflare’s data center footprint.

Provides enterprise technical support for Cloudflare Application Services and Performance products. Diagnoses and resolves complex DNS, HTTP, networking, caching, SSL/TLS, IAM, load balancing, and edge delivery issues. Uses command-line, monitoring, observability, and scripting tools to investigate problems, collaborates with engineering and product teams on mitigations and improvements, and creates technical documentation. Requires customer-facing troubleshooting expertise with globally distributed CDN and reverse-proxy platforms.

Supports HR operations across the employee lifecycle for the APJC region, including onboarding, transfers, organizational changes, and offboarding. Maintains accurate HR data, resolves exceptions, and collaborates with regional stakeholders. Identifies opportunities to automate repetitive workflows using AI, analyzes operational data, standardizes SOPs, and develops self-service resources and communications to improve service delivery and employee experience.
