Designs, investigates, and optimizes infrastructure for production AI workloads across GPU environments, on-premises datacenters, private infrastructure, and public clouds. Diagnoses Linux, GPU, container, networking, storage, and hardware issues; develops benchmarking, diagnostic, deployment, and validation tooling; improves inference performance, GPU utilization, reliability, and scalability; and translates technical findings into product capabilities in collaboration with engineering and product teams.

Embed with strategic customers to prototype, build, and productionize full-stack AI and agentic applications; advise on AI strategy, codify repeatable architectures and playbooks, mentor teams, and feed product feedback to improve enterprise AI platforms.

Drive customer adoption and success for strategic enterprise accounts by acting as trusted advisor. Plan and execute Success Plans, coordinate internal teams, manage escalations, analyze customer data, and ensure product adoption and project delivery.

Lead quote-to-cash and order management activities: review and approve quotes, process orders in the CRM, support deal calculations, troubleshoot systems, train sales teams, maintain data integrity, build reports, and partner cross-functionally to implement policies and improve sales operations.
