Execute threat intelligence monitoring and response, workplace violence and traveler assistance programs for Citi's Global Security and Intelligence Center. Produce all-source intelligence assessments, brief leadership, coordinate incident and crisis response, maintain performance indicators, train peers, and collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to close intelligence gaps and protect employees, assets, and clients.

Designs, acquires and develops hardware, software and network infrastructure; defines functional specs, project plans and release schedules; partners with business and development teams to capture requirements; ensures engineering quality, compliance and audit readiness; mentors junior staff and supports operational process improvements in a global financial services environment.

Develop, analyze, and implement payment-related application systems. Lead design, construction, testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of Java/J2EE backend solutions. Provide user support, security recommendations, coach junior analysts, and ensure compliance and risk management.
