Advise APAC clients on international public relations strategy, develop multi-channel communications plans, write strategic press releases in English and Chinese, and recommend paid and earned media solutions. Analyze media landscapes and campaign performance, identify upselling opportunities, present strategies to stakeholders, strengthen client relationships, integrate Cision solutions, track communication trends, and contribute to sales enablement and strategic best practices.

Own and grow strategic Singapore accounts, focusing on retention, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and whitespace expansion. Build relationships with senior stakeholders, understand PR and communications needs, provide consultative guidance, monitor market and competitor trends, and report account performance and forecasts to leadership. Collaborate with editorial, operations, and product teams while managing client success and commercial targets as an individual contributor.

Generate and qualify sales opportunities by researching prospects, conducting outbound outreach, nurturing warm leads, scheduling product walkthroughs, and managing the prospect pipeline. The representative partners with Account Executives, maintains expertise in Brandwatch’s SaaS offering and the social media landscape, completes high-volume daily outreach, and participates in training while working toward sales quotas.
