Manage ASIC volume test operations across OSAT partners, transitioning test programs into production and resolving hardware and software test issues. Oversee production targets for throughput, yield, cycle time, and uptime; maintain test hardware; evaluate OSAT sites; align capacity plans; and support manufacturing operations. Analyze yield and correlation data with automation teams to drive test improvements.

Leads Splunk’s APJC Partner Solutions Engineering organization, including PSE and PSA teams. Defines partner technical strategy, builds executive relationships, expands partner-led routes to market, and scales repeatable architectures, practices, and enablement. Oversees technical sales support for strategic opportunities, aligns Sales, Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, and partner teams, and drives partner capability, pipeline, revenue influence, talent development, and organizational performance across Asia, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.

Support Splunk’s sales organization by researching and qualifying leads, conducting personalized outreach, managing CRM records, collaborating with field sales on territory planning and discovery calls, and developing market knowledge in cybersecurity and observability. The intern will gain experience in enterprise software sales while helping generate pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
