Teams at Circle Cardiovascular Imaging

Provide remote and onsite technical support for cardiovascular imaging software. Diagnose and prioritize customer issues, support infrastructure and clinical workflows, assist with installations and configurations, document cases, resolve pre- and post-sales escalations, and participate in on-call support. The role requires enterprise software deployment experience, Windows and Linux administration, networking, medical imaging technologies, customer communication, and up to 20% travel for onsite visits, training, and events.
