Lead Chubb’s Leisure Travel Insurance business, owning portfolio strategy, P&L, profitability, growth, partnerships, distribution channels, product development, customer initiatives, and team leadership. The role drives commercial performance, identifies new opportunities, strengthens strategic relationships, and coordinates cross-functional execution across underwriting, operations, marketing, technology, and claims.

Develops business opportunities through partner networks, recruits and activates distribution partners, manages sales pipelines and targets, and drives new and renewal business. Builds relationships with partners and underwriters, conducts market and competitor analysis, supports product and service development, coordinates campaigns and events, and provides partner training and development. Maintains sales reviews, encourages cross-selling and upselling, and manages partner incentives to grow a profitable insurance portfolio.

Leads cybersecurity governance, risk, assurance, incident response, regulatory compliance, threat monitoring, and security culture across 14 APAC General Insurance markets. Advises executives and boards, oversees security programs and technology reviews, coordinates cyber resilience exercises, manages governance reporting and third-party risk, and leads a team of five country information security managers. Partners with global security, privacy, legal, compliance, and technology teams while supporting transformation and M&A initiatives.
