Provides personalized fragrance consultations, creates tailored client experiences, represents the CHANEL brand, achieves sales targets, promotes cross-selling, supports client retention and recruitment, facilitates omnichannel shopping, and shares fragrance knowledge with the team. Requires a polished professional image, strong fragrance and beauty interest, client relationship skills, and preferably formal fragrance training.

Educates Retail teams on garment fit, body morphology, fabric behavior, construction, and basic pinning techniques. Develops fitting clinics, visual guides, coaching, and practical support to improve client experiences and ensure appropriate escalation to Alterations specialists. Helps teams communicate fitting observations clearly while preserving garment quality, comfort, craftsmanship, and the intended silhouette of each creation.

Lead design and implementation of orchestration governance, ways of working and cross‑functional frameworks for SEAA Fashion. Drive stakeholder alignment, prioritisation, taskforces, progress tracking and measurement to translate strategic ambitions into consistent, measurable execution across markets and metiers.
