The role supports client meetings, audits, project tracking, database updates, SOPs, training, continuous improvement, and customer relationship management while deputizing for global project managers when needed.

The Operations Associate will perform label printing, packaging, and inspection of pharmaceutical products for clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs in a cold production environment.

Coordinates pre-production packaging activities for clinical trial supplies, serving as the link between Project Management and Operations. Responsibilities include creating GMP-compliant pack designs, procuring packaging components, coordinating label approvals and printing, configuring packaging jobs, and preparing labeling and batch documentation. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
