Teams at Cartrack

Provides technical support for hardware, software, networking, and Cartrack applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installation and configuration, system monitoring, user training, technical documentation, and participation in global IT projects. The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, independence, motivation, and flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed.

Handle customer inquiries through calls and email, escalate issues, provide customer support, process sales agreements, schedule IoT device installations, and assist with administrative and ad hoc duties.

Manage and grow relationships with corporate customers, educate clients on product features, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, resolve inquiries with internal teams, maintain CRM records, and meet retention, engagement, and revenue targets through proactive consultative support.
