Senior PHP Developer responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend services in PHP, optimizing SQL databases, and delivering high-quality code independently. Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and communicate technical ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial consolidation and prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS/GAAP. Reconcile intercompany balances, support audits, produce management reports and financial analysis, assist budgeting/forecasting, maintain controls, and collaborate with finance teams across the group on ad-hoc projects.

Oversee regional QA for call centre operations: monitor processes, evaluate calls, coach agents and team leaders, produce QA reports and scorecards, identify trends, conduct calibrations, investigate complaints, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
