Maintain full sets of accounts, perform month-end and year-end closing, prepare financial statements and reconciliations, manage payments/billing and cash flow, handle income/VAT filings, ensure compliance, liaise with auditors/tax agents/bankers, maintain accounting system master data, and support process improvements and ad-hoc accounting tasks.

Manage and grow relationships with corporate customers, educate clients on product features, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, resolve inquiries with internal teams, maintain CRM records, and meet retention, engagement, and revenue targets through proactive consultative support.

Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities, present Cartracks solutions, meet/exceed sales targets, perform needs analysis and create tailored pricing, acquire customers via cold calling/networking/social media, prepare monthly forecasts, and use CRM to track sales activities and outcomes.

Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial consolidation and prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS/GAAP. Reconcile intercompany balances, support audits, produce management reports and financial analysis, assist budgeting/forecasting, maintain controls, and collaborate with finance teams across the group on ad-hoc projects.

Manage after-sales team to meet KPIs, improve cross-department coordination, optimize operational processes, boost customer satisfaction and retention, handle escalations, and produce weekly/monthly reports while training and leading staff.

Oversee regional QA for call centre operations: monitor processes, evaluate calls, coach agents and team leaders, produce QA reports and scorecards, identify trends, conduct calibrations, investigate complaints, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Lead and optimize day-to-day operations for vehicle telematics products: manage customer service response, monitor product health, oversee fitment/technician productivity, handle technical maintenance and stock, drive retention and improvements, provide training, and approve billing reports.

Provide technical support for Cartrack applications and related hardware, troubleshooting issues, installing/configuring systems, monitoring performance, documenting procedures, training users, and collaborating on IT projects.
