Supports APAC and MEA marketing campaigns, including demand generation, A/B testing, content localization, PR, social media, customer case studies, website optimization, marketing analytics, collateral development, and virtual or physical events. The intern collaborates with regional marketing teams to increase brand awareness and demand while gaining experience in B2B technology marketing.

Lead onboarding and implementation for new fund administration clients. Collect and transform historical fund data, advise on accounting practices, demonstrate Carta’s software, interpret fund documents, manage implementation projects, and deliver accurate financial statements. Collaborate with fund managers, CFOs, Product, and Engineering teams while helping improve platform capabilities and apply AI to fund administration workflows.

Supports fund administration through FATCA and CRS tax-documentation validation, preparation, and annual reporting across multiple jurisdictions. Assists clients with GIIN applications and tax-authority registrations, monitors evolving regulations, and collaborates with compliance, sales, product, and fund-administration teams. The role also contributes to operational projects and uses AI and automation to streamline workflows, improve processes, and maintain regulatory compliance.
