The role also contributes to operational projects and uses AI and automation to streamline workflows, improve processes, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Supports the full lifecycle of commercial contracts for APAC clients, including intake, first-round markup and drafting of investment-related NDAs, client workflow coordination, document portal management, and execution tracking. The role works with UK lawyers in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, ensuring precise, commercially sound contract support while identifying process improvements and using AI-backed contract and CLM tools.
