Leads regional delivery of payments products, including implementation strategy, prioritization, partner relationships, risk management, incentives, training, and client communications. Supports sales teams, coordinates external consultants and payment ecosystem vendors, represents the organization at industry events, and delivers subject-matter presentations. Coaches teams and ensures product delivery goals are achieved across Asia Pacific business partners.

Onboard and provide operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network partners; analyze and troubleshoot end-to-end transaction processing and acceptance complaints; coordinate semi-annual release activities; escalate risk and customer-impacting issues. Travel up to 10%.
