Teams at Cambridge Associates

Execute and manage trade lifecycles, handle subscriptions/redemptions, support AML/KYC and treasury activities, maintain client data and communications, master trading tools, collaborate across teams, participate in projects, and train colleagues to ensure accurate, timely investment operations for EMEA and APAC clients.

Support APAC HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS record maintenance, payroll and benefits administration, immigration and government filings (Singapore), reporting, and HCBP project support. Handle confidential employee information, coordinate training, assist with employee queries, and improve HR processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports for client portfolios, input and reconcile data, generate exhibits and benchmarks, perform quality control, track portfolio cash flows and private investment commitments, analyze variances versus benchmarks, respond to data requests, and provide client-focused reporting recommendations to investment teams.
