Provides technical guidance to junior personnel and supports contingency operations, DDIL environments, exercises, and rapid system relocation or adaptation.

Designs, implements, and sustains resilient edge synchronization architectures for secure data exchange across distributed DoD networks in DDIL environments. Integrates edge platforms, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications; monitors network and replication performance; troubleshoots connectivity and synchronization issues; develops technical documentation; supports exercises and mission rehearsals; ensures cybersecurity and Zero Trust compliance; and mentors junior engineers.

Plans, coordinates, and executes activation of expeditionary logistics sites, staging bases, warehouses, maintenance facilities, and mission-support infrastructure. Integrates civil, electrical, mechanical, communications, security, utility, and facility systems; conducts readiness assessments and inspections; coordinates commissioning, testing, acceptance, and operational turnover. Prepares activation plans, engineering reports, briefings, and compliance documentation while managing risks, mentoring personnel, and supporting contingency, humanitarian, disaster-response, and geographically dispersed Indo-Pacific operations.

Designs, assesses, inspects, and supports modernization of electrical infrastructure for government facilities across the Indo-Pacific. Responsibilities include electrical distribution, generators, UPS, lighting, grounding, renewable energy, power quality, construction reviews, commissioning, compliance, technical reporting, emergency power restoration, and coordination with government, contractors, utilities, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Designs, evaluates, and sustains mechanical infrastructure for government facilities and mission operations across the Indo-Pacific. Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, fuel, fire protection, utility, and industrial system assessments; engineering calculations; specifications; inspections; construction support; commissioning; compliance reviews; lifecycle planning; emergency restoration; documentation; and coordination with government, contractors, engineers, and host-nation stakeholders. Provides technical guidance to junior engineers and supports resilient, energy-efficient infrastructure modernization.

Leads emergent logistics and mission-support operations across the Indo-Pacific, including contingency response, humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, and surge missions. Plans and directs rapidly deployable teams, synchronizes logistics, facilities, transportation, personnel, equipment, and commercial resources, and advises Government and military leadership. Oversees task delivery orders, mission execution, cost, schedule, performance, workforce readiness, operational briefings, and continuous improvement across permissive, contested, and denied environments.
