Teams at Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore)

Facilitate prevention-focused group services for children ages 7–12, manage interns and volunteers, engage families and community partners, maintain service records, coordinate activities and logistics, oversee program operations, and support intern performance and deliverables.

Coordinates organisation-wide digital transformation initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, adoption and continuous improvement. Engages business units, technical teams and vendors; maintains project schedules, risks and documentation; coordinates UAT, training and user-adoption activities; administers enterprise applications and access reviews; curates digital-learning programmes; and supports IT governance, cybersecurity awareness, audits and reporting.

Supports physiotherapists with patient assessments, prescribed treatments, progress documentation, safety and infection control. Manages caseload scheduling, patient feedback, rehabilitation inventory, equipment maintenance checks, and vendor servicing records. Requires a physiotherapy diploma or bachelor’s degree and at least six months of local musculoskeletal community-setting experience.
