Lead employee relations across APAC, overseeing complex and high-risk cases, workforce changes, employment-law guidance, governance, policies, and case management. Advise senior leaders, manage ER specialists across China, India, and Japan, support unions and employee forums, analyze case trends, deliver capability programs, and improve processes through digitalization, data, and AI.

Provides end-to-end HR support across multiple countries, including onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, benefits, leave management, documentation, compliance, and offboarding. Advises employees, managers, and local HR administrators while supporting global HR initiatives, process improvements, and HR systems changes within a matrixed organization.
