Lead configuration, development, integration, and support of Brookfield's Salesforce (Sales Cloud) environment. Deliver enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, translate business requirements into technical solutions, perform complex data analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, maintainable implementations aligned with business objectives.

Manage end-to-end fund due diligence for infrastructure and energy funds: create DDQs, RFPs, datasets and presentations; coordinate investor calls, meetings and asset tours; respond to investor diligence requests; maintain consultant databases and marketing collateral; liaise with CRMs, Investor Relations, Legal, Tax, and investment teams to advance fundraising.

Support product innovation and strategic growth by conducting market and competitor research, evaluating product and business ideas, building financial models, coordinating cross-functional product launches, creating investor partnership proposals, leveraging AI tools for intelligence and automation, and preparing materials for governance and senior leadership.
