Provides legal and regulatory support for Brookfield Private Wealth across APAC. Responsibilities include establishing feeder funds, negotiating distribution and platform agreements, advising on cross-border fund sales and marketing regulations, supporting fund governance and structures, responding to investor due diligence, and coordinating with internal teams, affiliates, technology partners, and external counsel. The role is based in Singapore or Hong Kong and requires domestic and international travel as needed.

Manage end-to-end fund due diligence for infrastructure and energy funds: create DDQs, RFPs, datasets and presentations; coordinate investor calls, meetings and asset tours; respond to investor diligence requests; maintain consultant databases and marketing collateral; liaise with CRMs, Investor Relations, Legal, Tax, and investment teams to advance fundraising.

Support product innovation and strategic growth by conducting market and competitor research, evaluating product and business ideas, building financial models, coordinating cross-functional product launches, creating investor partnership proposals, leveraging AI tools for intelligence and automation, and preparing materials for governance and senior leadership.
