Manage end-to-end fund due diligence for infrastructure and energy funds: create DDQs, RFPs, datasets and presentations; coordinate investor calls, meetings and asset tours; respond to investor diligence requests; maintain consultant databases and marketing collateral; liaise with CRMs, Investor Relations, Legal, Tax, and investment teams to advance fundraising.

Support product innovation and strategic growth by conducting market and competitor research, evaluating product and business ideas, building financial models, coordinating cross-functional product launches, creating investor partnership proposals, leveraging AI tools for intelligence and automation, and preparing materials for governance and senior leadership.

Support Southeast Asia Private Wealth CRM: coordinate client meetings and roadshows, maintain Salesforce records, prepare client materials and reports, support fundraising pipelines and business development, conduct market research, and assist event logistics and stakeholder communications.

Provide strategic legal advice and lead transaction execution for Brookfield Property Group across Asia Pacific (primarily Japan). Manage complex acquisitions, disposals, M&A, lending and structured finance, advise on contract and capital management matters, oversee external counsel and litigation support, ensure compliance, and mentor regional real estate lawyers.
