Lead implementation and execution of client proxy voting policies across the full lifecycle. Maintain and enhance governance databases, analyze issuer filings and proxy statements, identify voting patterns using analytical tools, and deliver quantitative and qualitative governance insights to internal teams and external clients.

The Pre-Sales Director engages clients to enhance their experience, provides product demonstrations, supports the sales team with proposals, and serves as a subject matter expert to drive sales of Broadridge's solutions in Securities Finance and Collateral Management.
