Own the technical and commercial success of key merchant accounts, leading integrations, go-lives, production troubleshooting, incident communications, adoption, retention, and expansion. Serve as the primary technical contact for merchant engineering teams, analyze APIs, logs, transaction data, and dashboards, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance. Build account health metrics, documentation, reporting workflows, and scalable technical account management processes.

Lead development of production-grade machine learning infrastructure for payment risk and fraud detection using Databricks. Build feature pipelines, model training and deployment workflows, versioning, orchestration, retraining, drift monitoring, low-latency inference, and incident response. Establish ML engineering standards and technical direction while partnering closely with Risk, Software Engineering, and Data Engineering. Own the operational health and continuous improvement of risk models in production.
