Lead development of production-grade machine learning infrastructure for payment risk and fraud detection using Databricks. Build feature pipelines, model training and deployment workflows, versioning, orchestration, retraining, drift monitoring, low-latency inference, and incident response. Establish ML engineering standards and technical direction while partnering closely with Risk, Software Engineering, and Data Engineering. Own the operational health and continuous improvement of risk models in production.

Lead full-cycle B2B sales across mobile apps, gaming, i-gaming, and interactive entertainment. Responsibilities include prospecting, strategic outbound campaigns, executive-level relationship building, tailored sales messaging, business-case development, negotiation, and closing complex deals. The role also partners with marketing and product teams on go-to-market strategy and product direction while helping displace incumbent payment providers.

Own and build Breeze’s global compliance program, including BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, sanctions, transaction monitoring, licensing, risk assessments, audits, regulatory examinations, training, and international market expansion. Serve as BSA/AML Officer, lead the compliance team, implement tooling and controls, engage regulators, and report program effectiveness to executives and the board.
