Drive new business, renewals and expansion for Braze's customer engagement SaaS in Thailand and Vietnam. Build pipeline, manage field sales with frequent onsite meetings, collaborate with Success/RevOps/Product, analyze product usage to identify growth, and present value to executives while coordinating cross-functional resources for onboarding and feature adoption.

Manage end-to-end recruiting for GTM/Sales: source, screen, and hire candidates; partner with hiring managers; analyze recruiting metrics and dashboards; scale processes and mentor peers.

Lead APAC communications strategy and execution to build brand awareness, thought leadership, and executive visibility. Localize global narratives, manage media and agency relationships, support product and customer storytelling, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure communications impact to optimize regional strategy.
