The Principal of Strategic AI Sales is responsible for driving growth and building relationships with senior customers, collaborating on AI-focused projects, and helping enable teams with AI Decisioning tools.

Lead APAC communications strategy and execution to build brand awareness, thought leadership, and executive visibility. Localize global narratives, manage media and agency relationships, support product and customer storytelling, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure communications impact to optimize regional strategy.

Provision and configure customers' messaging channels (SMS/MMS, RCS, WhatsApp), manage code procurement and aggregator relationships, maintain global deliverability and country-specific documentation, monitor operations data, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale onboarding and messaging operations.
