Offices at Braze

The Director of One-Time Services will lead multiple teams across APAC, managing performance, hiring, and development of staff. They will drive improvements in service offerings, monitor regional KPIs, manage the P&L for the region, and advocate for customer feedback to product development while setting and delivering regional OKRs.

The Lead People Business Partner at Braze will provide strategic support to business functions, partner with leaders on talent planning, advise employees on career goals, lead company-wide initiatives, and mentor junior team members, all while advocating for both employees and business objectives.
