Leads Braze’s commercial sales organization across Asia, managing Account Executives and driving revenue growth, acquisition, expansion, deal strategy, and operational rigor. The role requires coaching high-performing teams, developing future leaders, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging executive stakeholders, collaborating with global go-to-market teams, and representing Braze with customers and partners across diverse Asian markets.

Manage Braze’s technology and agency partner ecosystem across Southeast Asia. Collaborate with sales, customer success, delivery, and marketing teams to generate pipeline, support deal closures, improve customer utilization, and reduce churn. Develop joint business and strategic partner plans, coordinate partner marketing and enablement, coach account executives, conduct account mapping and QBRs, and build senior stakeholder relationships. Frequent travel across assigned SEA markets is required.

Leads APAC employer branding and employee experience initiatives, including culture programs, hybrid workforce experiences, onboarding, ERGs, internal events, engagement programs, recruitment campaigns, employer brand content, talent community management, workplace awards, and DEI-aligned initiatives. The role partners cross-functionally with People, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Brand, Social Impact, and global teams to attract candidates and strengthen employee engagement and retention.
