Leads APAC employer branding and employee experience initiatives, including culture programs, hybrid workforce experiences, onboarding, ERGs, internal events, engagement programs, recruitment campaigns, employer brand content, talent community management, workplace awards, and DEI-aligned initiatives. The role partners cross-functionally with People, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Brand, Social Impact, and global teams to attract candidates and strengthen employee engagement and retention.

Owns end-to-end renewals for a portfolio of customers, with emphasis on complex and strategic accounts. Manages renewal strategies, commercial proposals, negotiations, forecasting, churn and retention analysis, quoting, and order forms. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk. Serves as a subject matter expert and escalation point, mentors Renewal Managers, and improves renewal processes, CRM data quality, systems, and reporting without direct people-management responsibility.

Provide end-to-end technical customer support for SaaS and mobile products, resolving product, integration, configuration, and troubleshooting issues. Become a platform expert, guide best practices, increase product adoption, collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, Product, and Engineering, and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing. The role follows a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
