The role follows a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Manages enterprise customer relationships in Thailand, serving as a trusted advisor and primary contact. Drives renewals, retention, product adoption, customer advocacy, account health, upsell opportunities, executive reviews, and feedback collection. Coordinates with technical and internal teams, supports escalations and onboarding transitions, provides customer education, and mentors junior colleagues. The role requires strong communication, complex account management, technical knowledge of SaaS-related domains, Thai fluency, and occasional international travel.

Win and grow Braze AI business by engaging senior customer stakeholders, leading AI solution discussions, quantifying business impact, supporting proofs of value, enabling sales colleagues on reinforcement learning, and communicating customer needs to product and marketing teams. Represent Braze AI at meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows while coordinating pre-sales, post-sales, and technical implementation teams.
