Manages end-to-end order processing, stock returns, invoicing, KPI tracking, SAP data accuracy, reporting, database maintenance, and ad hoc analysis. Supports administrative needs, process automation, compliance, and supply chain improvement initiatives while collaborating with Sales and Supply Chain teams.

Provide administrative support to country leader and sales team, maintain HCP and hospital contact databases, coordinate events, travel, sponsorships, tenders, meetings, and back-office contract/invoice processing while supporting projects and ensuring compliance with workflows and finance approvals.
