Lead and manage centralized treasury and accounts payable operations across the Group, overseeing payment processing, cash flow forecasting, bank relationships, AP aging and vendor management. Maintain and optimize the Treasury Management System, produce dashboards and reports for senior leadership, ensure compliance and controls, liaise with auditors and external partners, drive process improvements and system rollouts, and mentor AP and treasury staff.

Drive growth in the Employment Agency channel by acquiring new partners, increasing placement volumes, and managing relationships to secure more non-maid insurance placements.

Provide end-to-end account servicing for SME and commercial insurance clients, handling renewals, endorsements, broking documentation, policy placement support, claims coordination, onboarding, premium follow-ups, and client relationship management while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strong turnaround times.
