Perform quality control reviews of KYC, CDD, and EDD cases for institutional clients across APAC, validate documentation and account activity analysis, identify red flags and control gaps, escalate complex cases, communicate findings, support QA activities, and help refine agentic workflows and process improvements.

Supports end-to-end alternatives transfer agency operations, including investor transactions, fund launches, onboarding, client servicing, workflow monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and control compliance. Acts as a senior client and stakeholder contact, supports junior staff, participates in client meetings, and contributes to process improvement through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and digital tools.
