Lead design and execution of APAC Markets control framework across Fixed Income, Equities, Global Collateral, Securities Financing and FX. Partner with front office and control functions to embed controls, manage regulatory engagement (MAS, HKMA, FSS), drive remediation, assess emerging risks, and enhance monitoring, surveillance, and reporting to ensure regulatory readiness and operational resilience.

Lead APAC talent and learning strategy, delivering early careers, leadership and manager development, talent reviews, succession and high-potential programs. Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps, embed skills-based development, use data and AI tools to measure impact, and scale region-wide talent solutions that strengthen the leadership pipeline and workforce readiness.

Lead and manage Middle Office FX Overlay and Trade Support operations for FX, rates derivatives and futures. Ensure end-to-end trade lifecycle accuracy, regulatory compliance, escalation resolution, KPI and risk monitoring. Partner with Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Change to deliver strategic initiatives, process re-engineering, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Oversee product initiatives, regulatory change and new business onboarding while promoting continuous improvement and a high-performance culture.
