Drive testing, validation, adoption, metrics tracking, stakeholder engagement, and ensure adherence to governance, risk, and responsible AI practices.

Lead and build BNY's Singapore Applied AI team to identify, design, and deliver production-grade AI/ML and LLM solutions. Drive end-to-end delivery from problem framing, prototyping, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and adoption while embedding responsible AI, governance, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Lead design and execution of APAC Markets control framework across Fixed Income, Equities, Global Collateral, Securities Financing and FX. Partner with front office and control functions to embed controls, manage regulatory engagement (MAS, HKMA, FSS), drive remediation, assess emerging risks, and enhance monitoring, surveillance, and reporting to ensure regulatory readiness and operational resilience.
