Lead BNY’s APAC AI and data governance program, including regulatory engagement with MAS, HKMA, and regional authorities. Represent BNY in industry consortiums, translate regulatory developments into actionable controls, advise product and engineering teams, embed governance into development workflows, and report on adoption, control effectiveness, and regional risk posture. The role requires strong knowledge of AI governance frameworks, APAC regulations, technical controls, model risk, data lineage, and stakeholder management.

Performs complex fund accounting for hedge funds, fund of funds, and hybrid funds, including NAV calculations, performance reporting, expense allocation, reconciliations, client reporting, and regulatory accounting analysis. Drives service improvements, reviews junior staff work, resolves complex accounting issues, and provides guidance to team members. Requires accounting expertise, familiarity with Geneva and LAMP systems, and knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.

Lead service design, UX research, workshop facilitation, journey mapping, prototyping, and evaluative testing for complex client and internal experiences. Translate research into service blueprints, concepts, user flows, wireframes, and AI-enabled interactions. Collaborate with product, engineering, data, AI, business, risk, and compliance teams across APAC. Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients while balancing user needs, business outcomes, governance, accessibility, trust, and responsible AI adoption.
