Client-facing solutions engineer for Aladdin/eFront focused on pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, product demonstrations, scoping technical solutions, coordinating internal resources, and communicating client feedback to Product. Works closely with sales, services and product teams and supports marketing events; requires alternatives/private equity domain expertise.

Designs, builds, and operates secure AWS-native data pipelines and platforms for batch and event-driven workloads. Develops Airflow workflows using Python and SQL, implements tested data transformations, and integrates enterprise, security, and operational data sources. The role embeds data quality, lineage, observability, governance, encryption, access controls, and monitoring. It also contributes to CI/CD, infrastructure as code, documentation, code reviews, incident analysis, and cross-functional solutions supporting risk and regulatory needs.

Support end-to-end ETF servicing on ESP/Aladdin across the ETF lifecycle, partnering with portfolio management, capital markets, technology and operations. Execute core operational workflows, apply strong risk management, enhance governance and performance metrics, support product launches and platform enhancements, and contribute to process improvement and scalability initiatives while delivering accurate, timely results.
