The Investment Analyst will analyze and evaluate investment opportunities in decarbonization solutions, conduct due diligence, and monitor portfolio performance. The role requires strong financial modeling and analytical skills, as well as an interest in sustainability and climate technology.

Lead and grow APAC ETF Servicing team supporting ETF lifecycle operations on ESP/Aladdin. Ensure operational excellence, risk management, governance, and scalable processes while partnering with portfolio management, capital markets, technology and product teams to support product launches and strategic initiatives.

Drive design and implementation of ETF operating models, platform solutions and integrations. Lead cross-functional change programs, define measurable project objectives, oversee testing, mentor juniors, and partner with stakeholders to scale BlackRock's ETF platform and drive strategic growth.
