The Vice President will lead investment accounting and regulatory reporting services for insurance clients. Responsibilities include supporting monthly closes, reviewing NAIC reconciliations, advising on IFRS, US Statutory and US GAAP requirements, improving controls and reporting processes, supporting audits, implementing new clients, partnering with vendors, and training accounting staff. The role also contributes to cross-functional initiatives, client retention, business growth, and digital process transformation.

Own ambiguous transformation problems and convert them into testable solution hypotheses, business models, process logic, and functional prototypes. Define operating models, data ownership, governance, controls, roles, and exception handling. Partner with business experts, product managers, engineers, architects, data specialists, and control teams throughout discovery and implementation. Establish measurable objectives, build consensus, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and management.

Manage strategic relationships with limited partner clients, supporting onboarding, ongoing data service delivery, quarterly data collection campaigns, and product integration. Ensure accurate and consistent data, coordinate with account management, product, and onboarding teams, advocate for client needs, deliver training, gather feedback, and drive service improvements. The role requires strong financial markets knowledge, stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration across global teams.
