Drives resolution of product quality issues across production, engineering, and suppliers. Monitors QC yields and quality trends, leads nonconformance and complaint investigations, supports process validation, maintains the QC laboratory, trains technicians, and develops quality performance reports. Ensures compliance with ISO 13485, MDSAP, regulatory requirements, and GLP while implementing process and laboratory improvements.

Manages regional import and export trade compliance across multiple countries. Oversees regulatory procedures, audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, policies, KPIs, budgets, and compliance projects. Advises stakeholders on customs, export controls, licensing, tariffs, origin, valuation, and related government requirements. Leads process improvements, training, trade automation implementations, binding rulings, and compliance reporting while ensuring supply chain transactions are properly structured and compliant.

Leads manufacturing production operations, schedules, budgets, staffing, quality, troubleshooting, process improvement, equipment investments, and product transfers. Manages production supervisors and assembly or process teams while ensuring compliance with FDA-regulated manufacturing requirements, ISO 13485, hazardous-material controls, cost targets, and build schedules. Drives Lean Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, capacity planning, and continuous improvement across mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
