Support regulated derivatives operations by analyzing regulatory standards, designing SOPs, monitoring and auditing operational cycles, assessing and escalating operational and regulatory risks, coordinating regulatory notifications, and producing data-backed reports for senior management and regulators.

Manage post-listing processes for tokens: identify and mitigate listing risks, perform on-chain and off-chain root cause analysis, handle partner and operational requests (rebrands, swaps, airdrops), oversee project implementation and stakeholder coordination, and optimize request management processes.

Internship role to develop and deploy user-growth algorithms: user segmentation, recommendations, LTV/churn/conversion models, A/B testing, causal inference analyses, and collaborate with product and engineering to drive measurable growth.
