Teams at Binance

Leads product operations and commercial enablement for institutional digital-asset products. Responsibilities include product readiness, launch and lifecycle support, client pitches, value proposition development, documentation, cross-functional coordination, operational performance tracking, issue resolution, and process improvement. The role bridges Product, Business Development, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Client Services while incorporating stakeholder feedback into product execution.

Develop and maintain backend services for Binance Pay and Card, including scalable APIs, microservices, distributed transaction systems, and financial workflows. Work with databases, caches, queues, observability tools, and reliability practices. Troubleshoot production issues, write tested code, participate in reviews, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. This is an early-career accelerator internship for current students and recent graduates.

Supports institutional and VIP client growth and operations by researching prospects, assisting with account expansion and reactivation, coordinating onboarding workflows, producing performance reports, validating data, supporting client proposals, maintaining documentation, and identifying process automation opportunities. The role collaborates with Product, Compliance, Legal, middle office, and support teams while monitoring client activation, volume, concentration, and program performance.
